Experience: I've tutored my cousin for a year and a half in Algebra. I've helped various people with their calculus homework and with Algebra CLEP preparation. I want to be a tutor because I want to help students and make a positive impact on people's lives. I enjoy teaching math and understand the need for people who are gifted at both math and communication. I believe that issues in learning primarily arise from our differences in thinking as people, and it's my goal to help whatever student I'm tutoring achieve the success that I know they are capable of. I do not desire for this to be a side job; tutoring seems like something I want to do long-term.
